Architectural design fee’s vary depending on size, style, complexity and detail required, and whether we need to carry out surveys of existing properties and/or become engaged in full on-site supervision to meet the new Regs etc. but a typical estimate based on a standard 4-bed 2-story dwelling house to planning submission stage would cost €2,500.
